Last Day
Willie was out all night (which isn't normal). We found him at noon on Sunday. But Lily didn't seem distraught. She was happy to be the center of attention.

We watched a lot of the show Scandal.

Day 2
It was a productive day. I finished my 589 page book, scrapbooked 20 pages and ran 6.3 miles.
And played with Lily.
She got in the middle of my breakfast.

And ate my banana.

Slept like a dog on her back.

And got in the middle of scrapbooking.

Scrapping At Linda's
The weekend of fun has begun.

Willie made an appearance early. I'm sure it has to do with the treats I handed him earlier.

The Good, The Bad and the Ugly
The good: I completed my give scheduled workouts. I earned myself new earmuffs.
The bad: my weight is the same at 189.
The ugly: diet is 80% of weight loss and I have to be accountable. My weight didn't change because I was too lazy to count points, ate dessert almost daily and snacked when I shouldn't have.
So.....
My goal for this week is to count WW points ALL WEEK. It's ok if I go over, but I need to be accountable. My reward: buying a book for my Kindle.
Exercise plan this week:
Fridays are always rest days so that's why I don't have them as days.
Sat: run 6-7 miles with Ragan
Sunday: bike 25 minutes and weights for 10 minutes
Monday: bike for 35 minutes.
Tuesday: rest day (WSU home game).
Wednesday: speed work warm up 5 min. 1 min repeats at 9:45 min/mile. Cool down 5 min. Weights for 10 min.
Thursday: Zumba. Or maybe rest-I haven't decided.

Kansas Program
L's third grade class (all 90 of them) performed their music program as a tribute to Kansas. It was really good.

Attacking L's Bedroom
It seems like an easy project? It wasn't too bad. Three hours, four lawn bags of donations and two bags of trash and her room looks so much better. She really has a lot of storage which leads to stuffing clutter.

My Upcoming Race
For my half marathon in Little Rock in March, I decided to buy a cute outfit. I got the skirt off Etsy and created the top. I like the combo. Hope it looks as good when I get it.

18-0!!!
Last night the Shockers won their 18th game making them One of THREE undefeated teams in the country.
Half time entertainment was Olate's dogs. We watched them week after week on America's Got Talent. They were just as good in person.

Bunco
Last night I played bunco for the first time. Nine ladies (I knew less than half) got together, had fondue, wine and lots of laughs. Bunco was really fun and easy to play.
