Life is good. We're getting settled into the new house. After a few intense hours of not knowing if our buyer was going to have financing, it all went through. We had one less day to move, so there was a lot of shoving things into the garage. We've moved most of that into the house and the rooms are taking shape. My favorite room is the bedroom. It's huge and cool at night. There's enough room for the bed, a couch and coffee table and two dressers. Love it!!! No major surprises. One little one...the outlets are all hooked up on one major circuit so anytime I use the hairdryer upstairs, the breaker pops!! So the electrician has already been out.
Reggie is really adjusting well. She goes potty in her box (if you've read my blog, you know that is a wonderful accomplishment). She's checking out all three floors. Haley, on the other hand, is turning into a mess. She potties in the house, acts odd at times so I took her to the vet. Dr. Gary says she has dementia. Great. The good news (for her) is she doesn't know when she's naughty. The bad news (for us) is we have to clean it up and there's no treatment to make her better. So we are dealing with it for now and thinking about the future.
L loves her new room. And her playroom. She's not sure about sharing the room when someone spends the night though. She loves going outside in her Barbie jeep and drive in the court without worrying about cars. Oh wait, that's Jeff and I that are happy about the last part. We love the quietness of the area. We've met all the neighbors. They are so nice.
Jeff's back to school and really enjoying it. He's on a couple special committees which he enjoys. He's also back to teaching junior college classes.
This weekend, I am heading north to CROP A GANZA!! Woo hoo! I am finally going to be able to scrapbook some and get a massage. Two things I really want to do. Hopefully I can find the power cord to my laptop and then I will post from CAG.
That's all for now.
