One week down and 7.5 pounds lost! I'm happy with my progress. The diet has been very good. It's easy to fix the meals and it takes my mind off what do I do next. I was faithful to the diet.
Today starts phase 2. I tried to stay at phase one foods, but after burning 500 calories at spin class, I had to eat an extra snack. I was so hungry! But at least I chose something healthy- a TLC bar. I feel like I'm making a good start.
