Day 2

Today was spent at Mall of America. We started the day at Hell's Kitchen (which wasn't at the Mall). I had delicious lemon ricotta hot cakes.


The kids played at Nickelodeon universe most of the day. L got her picture taken with Blue.


They rode tons of rides.


The adults went to lunch at Bubba Gump's for lunch. It was wonderful. We did lots of shopping and walking (7.5 miles of walking).


We finished the day in the American Girl Store. L was very happy.


Dinner was at Matt's. It's a local burger joint that serves "juicy lucy's" which is cheese in the middle of the burger. Yum-o!
