Sunday: went to foam rolling class (oh it was painful) and ran my mile in the treadmill
Monday: ran 3.62 miles. My legs were tired.

Tuesday: ran a mile by my house.
Wednesday: supposed to do an incline walk/run. Ran my mile and then my foot started to hurt. So I bailed after 2 miles.
Thursday: 4 mile run out west with Melissa and Emma. We had a snow storm Wednesday so the sidewalks were still iffy.
Friday: ran my mile on the treadmill at lunch.
Saturday: 15 miles on the indoor track at the Y. It was good but mind numbing.
