Monday Musing
Last week my cup was draining fast. By Friday, it was completely empty. I was over work, life, Covid. But
I got the opportunity to chill this weekend and fill my cup back up. No major commitments. I read a book, started another one. Started watching a new show with Jeff which is funny. I slept in until 10 Sunday! I never do that. It was nice to unplug and recharge.

Scully had a BIG day today!! She got to go to grandma and grandpas for a couple hours. She had so much fun!!! She played string, checked out all the nooks and crannies, and got tons of treats.

Metal Monday: Good Life Halfsy
It’s Metal Monday!!! I haven’t had one of these...all year! So we traveled to Lincoln and ran a half Mary. It was lots of fun and I loved the course. The day was cold and it took two miles for my feet to unthaw. There was a hill at the end of the race-I almost died! 😂

Saturday: went for a one mile walk before we left for Lincoln.
Sunday: Good Life Halfsy 2:50:18 was my official time. Fun, safe race.
Monday: 20 minute walk
Tuesday: yoga x 20 minutes.
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: 2 mile run and coffee
Friday: rest
