Fitness Friday 11/6/2020

I’m a little slow getting into the routine. This week has been NAIL BITING! 

Enough...

Saturday: went for a one mile walk before we left for Lincoln. 

Sunday: Good Life Halfsy 2:50:18 was my official time. Fun, safe race. 


Monday: 20 minute walk 


Tuesday: yoga x 20 minutes. 

Wednesday: rest 

Thursday: 2 mile run and coffee 



Friday: rest
