Wednesday Weigh In




If you didn't see last week's weigh in, that's a drop of 4.8 pounds! It's amazing how much I can lose if I am accountable to my diet. I'm thrilled with this drop and know it is not likely to be this much again (I shoot for 1-2 pounds per week). I will say knowing I have to post my weight makes me think twice about eating right.
