Fitness Friday June 6

Well, this week was a bust. I don't think I've ran all week. I biked 9 miles one day and 13 miles another.

I have done well with my stretching and one mile per day. Yesterday I swam with L for 30 min. Today I didn't do anything.

My goals for this week:

Run 3 days
Bike 2 days
Lift weights 2 days
Row one day.
