My Morning Run
I had a 5K on schedule for this weekend. Perfect timing since it's hard to get a long run in while I'm OOT. Dave lives in a great area. Beautiful and quiet. And LOTS OF HILLS. Lots of "mother of pearl" up hills and "holy cow, I'm so fast!" downhills.
