Fitness Friday!

So I’m almost to taper. I’m ready for my half and ready to restart some cross training goals. 

Sat: ran 12 miles. It was windy and hard and almost got hit. But the last longest run is done! 



Monday: nice walk. I was sore! 


Wednesday: 


We had a fun speed work. 1 mile warm up, 8 x 100 m and cool down.
