Time To Cook! Let’s talk about Snacks

I’ve been working on my nutrition lately. Snacks are fun because you can pick one big thing or lots of little things. Here are my favs:

Protein: eggs, deli meat, protein shakes, cottage cheese

Carbs: raw veggies or fruit, roasted veggies 

Fat: nuts, olives, hummus 

If I want an “all in one” I may eat protein balls or a built bar. I try not to eat those every day.
