So I realized when I fell off the wagon there were a couple things I didn't do. I didn't count WW points and I didn't count how much water I drank. The latter is a key for me. I eat for lots of reasons but one of them is I think I'm hungry but I'm really thirsty. I counted my water intake and got 80 oz before the work day was over. I felt much better and was less hungry.
