That's right. He's not wearing a helmet but its RIGHT BEHIND HIM.
I don't get it. I don't have much desire to drive a motorcycle but if I did drive or ride one, my helmet would be on. 60 miles an hour and one little mistake and you head is plastered on the concrete. I really wish Kansas would make a helmet law. It's so silly not to wear one...unless you want to be an organ donor.
