Fitness Friday 8/7/2020

Here comes a week of running and workouts. 

Saturday:


7.25 miles in 65 degree weather! It was beautiful!  

Sunday: rest 

Monday: 



3.5 mile run and lifted. 

Tuesday: 


4.3 mile fartleks run. It was muggy but I got it done! 

Wednesday:

Completely slept in. 

Thursday: 

4 miles. Not too bad temps 

Friday: 


 Last minute I decided to do my long run today. 6 miles with a breeze but not as yucky hot.
