Book Report: Still Alice

As a follow up to reading Lisa Genova's excellent book, Left Neglected, I finished her first novel, Still Alice. This book was also really good, but really sad. 49 year old, Harvard linguistic scholar, Alice, has early onset dementia. In the beginning of the book, she's pretty normal and forgets a few things, but by the end, she can barely recognize her husband. It was good, but very sad and depressing. I liked it, but wouldn't read it again.
