Weekly Chase #12


Road Runner Girl


What a week!!!

Recap:

1. Exercises 5-6 days: yes!! Six workouts (interval running, Shocker Fitness, walked two days and ran 10 miles ).

2. Stretch daily: YES!!!!

3. Kettle ball: No.  I opted to rejoin Shocker Fitness which is like boot camp.

4.  Put up Christmas decorations: yes.  The tree is beautiful.

5. Clean out the garage: Yes! I can finally park my car in the garage.

6. Buy a Shovel: yes. And I bought a new scraper for my car.

This week's goals:

1. Exercise 5-6 days this week.

2. Stretch daily

3. Finish a book

4. Work on my Christmas list

5.  Tackle my 20 item to do list.
