Weekly Chase July 20th Edition

We had a wonderful time at Table Rock! More to come on that.
Recap of last week's chase:
1. Run daily. Yes! Eight weeks done

2. Stretch several times a week. Yes! And I iced which helped.

3. Write in a planner and make a daily to do list. Yes! I feel better when I do this.

4. Read several days. yes! Reading is like meditating for me.

5. Pack for our trip! Yes!

Here's this week's chase:
1. Run daily. Gotta keep up my streak.
2. Stretch and/ice daily.
3. Read daily
4. Work on Project Life
5. Write in my planner and to do list daily.
6. Get the pool in tip top shape for the weekend.
