Fitness Friday July 3

So I got my days messed up and forgot all about posting Friday. That's what happens when you get the day off!
Saturday: we drove the rest of the way home so this was a quick mile in the evening. It was 84 degrees so not too bad.


Sunday: it was nice to run with my friends.


Monday: ran by myself. I like my consistent 10 minute miles.


Tuesday: campus running. Getting faster.


Wednesday: today's run was great! New route and hills but I conquered them.


Thursday: even faster! 9:33! Saw lots of deer and their babies.


Friday: legs were heavy but still made the 10 minute mark.


In 49 days I have beat my initial time by over 3 minutes!!!
