Fitness Friday March 18 (the late edition)

Some times if I don't write it down ahead of time, I forget what day it is! So here is the late edition of my runs the previous week:

Friday: Shocker fitness inside but mile first (11:19)


Saturday: ran with friends (10:27) total miles 2.92


Sunday: long run! 6 miles by myself and then 4.36 with Mandy. Best mile: 10:43. Avg pace 11:40/mile


Monday: nice morning outside!


Tuesday: we ran outside for almost 4 miles!


Wednesday: shockers kept me up late so a mile on the mill


Thursday: I didn't feel great so I slept in and ran by myself on the mill
