Fitness Friday! 5/1/2020

April is over which is good since it had 1275 days in it! I’m trying to hold my anxiety about lockdowns measures being somewhat lifted. While I don’t like having lockdowns, it was comforting to know my family was close and safer.  

This week’s workouts: 

Saturday: ran my virtual 5k and a little extra for warm up. 


Sunday: stretched. It’s my rest day. 

Monday: ran 3 miles


Tuesday: I got 4 miles in the afternoon. It was a tad warm. 



Wednesday was my rest day. I did stretches
Thursday: I was supposed to run but had some GI issues so I skipped this day.
