Beef!!!!

I have been wanting a 1/4 cow for a long time but it's hard to find someone who wants to share and we definitely can't eat 1/2 cow. But this fall we found a friend to buy a 1/2 and split. This weekend we picked up our meat from the butcher. I'm so excited about eating local, grass fed beef.


The butcher was awesome! Everything was nicely labeled and already frozen. Here's a small portion of ground beef. We have about 115 pounds of beef to go through!!
