My First 30 Day Challenge Met!

I completed 30 days of getting 10,000 steps a day!



Sometimes it was easy, but if I didn't exercise, getting 10K in a day is a challenge. Normally I get 4K to 6K a day. So I march in place, take five trips when it could take one, etc. I'm proud of myself for meeting this challenge. It means I can stick with something and it is starting to feel like a habit.
On to the next challenge!!
