Weekly Chase #17!

Vacation time is over. :(.  It's going to be a long week working 5 days in a row!!

Recap:

1. Get 10,000 steps in per day.  Yes!!! Completed day 28

2. Stretched.  Almost daily.  I feel better when I do.

3. Meditate 5 minutes a day.  Didn't start until Saturday.  It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.

4. Start my grateful journal. Yes!! I really like this. 

5. Clean up my diet.  Doing better-still having a sweet treat daily.


This week my goals are the exact same

1. 10,000 steps a day
2. Stretch
3. Meditate 5 minutes a day
4. Continue my gratitude journal.
5. Clean my diet up.  Not so many sweets.
